2025 Windows for Warmth Giveaway
Every year, All-Weather Seal of West Michigan gives back through Windows for Warmth, a program that provides free replacement windows to a local homeowner in need.
This year, we had the privilege of meeting Candy and Qumar Matthews.
Not long after purchasing their first home, Candy's family experienced the unimaginable. Two of her younger siblings, just 6 and 17 years old, were struck by an intoxicated driver while waiting at a school bus stop. As the oldest of five siblings, Candy stepped in to help support her family financially while navigating the emotional weight of the tragedy alongside her husband.
Like many families facing unexpected hardship, home improvements had to take a back seat. Drafty windows, rising energy bills, and a home in need of repairs became challenges that simply had to wait.
That's where our annual Windows for Warmth giveaway came in.
Our team had the honor of installing brand-new, energy-efficient replacement windows, helping make their home warmer, more comfortable, and more efficient. While new windows can't erase what this family has endured, we hope they serve as a reminder that no one has to face life's hardest seasons alone.
At All-Weather Seal of West Michigan, we believe home improvement is about more than windows, bathrooms, and roofing. It's about improving lives, strengthening our communities, and showing up for our neighbors when they need it most.

2024 Home Improvement Giveaway
Some stories leave a lasting impact—Adam’s is one of them. As our 2024 $15,000 Home Improvement Giveaway winner, Adam’s top priority was clear—ensuring his wife and daughter have a safe, energy-efficient home for years to come. Facing a battle with terminal cancer, he chose to upgrade their windows, providing comfort, security, and lasting value for his family. We were incredibly moved by his story and grateful for the opportunity to give back in a meaningful way.
2023 Windows for Warmth Giveaway
Jennifer and Him Heap were the proud recipients of our 2023 Windows for Warmth giveaway. As founders of Lina’s Hope, a small school and therapy center for children with disabilities in Cambodia, Jennifer and Him have dedicated their lives to serving others. Their compassion has led them to not only support these children abroad but also to adopt several from Cambodia into their Michigan home, where they continue to provide care and support for their family. In 2023, we were honored to provide the Heaps with new, energy-efficient windows for their entire home, giving them the comfort they needed to continue their incredible work.
Showers for Soldiers
Each year, we celebrate Veteran's Day by honoring a deserving veteran with a brand new walk-in shower, and in 2023, we were proud to award this gift to Charles Belonga. At 85 years old, Charles is a dedicated veteran who served four years in the military, exemplifying the courage and commitment that so many of our servicemen and women display. By providing Charles with a modern, accessible walk-in shower, we aimed to enhance his daily life and ensure his comfort at home. This initiative reflects our deep appreciation for those who have served our country, as we believe that every veteran deserves a safe and inviting space to call home.
